Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and include tags and accessories.
How do I return an item?
Email care@noveish.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive a free pre-paid return label and step-by-step instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. All approved returns and exchanges include a free pre-paid return label.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or product. Replacements are shipped at no cost after we receive your return.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method in GBP (£).
Are there items I cannot return?
Customised or personalised products
Items removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, socks)
